At the Pioneers 2002 Christmas Party held at the Richmond Inn on December 20th, three awards were handed out.

John Tsang and Mike Mogul were presented with gifts in recognition of their stellar contributions to the running of the team.

Midfielder Graham Mason was named the Most Valuable Player of 2002, and presented with a blue (anything but gray) Umbro jacket.
